Launched by Carbrini for the 2010/11 season, when Oldham finished 18th in League One under Paul Dickov, this home shirt had a long life: the club officially confirmed that they would reuse the same home kit for the 2011/12 season, while only launching a new away shirt from Carbrini itself. This piece, therefore, dressed Boundary Park for two consecutive campaigns — a rare detail that makes it a witness to two full cycles of the club in the English third division.

Oldham Athletic, nicknamed "The Latics", carries on its crest an owl over a football — a symbol that dates back decades of tradition in northeast Manchester. Originally wearing red and white stripes, the club adopted pure blue when joining the Football League in 1907 — the same color that this shirt carries over a century later. Playing its 14th consecutive year in the English third division, Oldham maintained one of the most loyal fanbases in regional English football at Boundary Park.
