ASA de Arapiraca · Home Kit 2000s
The black and white jersey of the club that, in 1973, dressed Mané Garrincha himself on the field. During a farewell tour through Brazil, the "Angel with Bent Legs" laced up ASA's boots for almost 90 minutes against CSA, assisting the winning goal in a 1-0 victory — a rare and little-remembered chapter in the career of the greatest idol of Brazilian football-art. This striped home jersey, manufactured by Marques Sports, is from the golden decade of the Arapiraca club, which won five Alagoas state titles between 2000 and 2009.

1973 · The Day Garrincha Wore Arapiraca's Black and White
During one of his friendly farewell tours through Brazil, Mané Garrincha played almost an entire match in ASA's jersey, in a confrontation against Centro Sportivo Alagoano (CSA). Although he didn't score, Garrincha enchanted the fans with his characteristic dribbles and assisted the black and white team's 1-0 winning goal, scored by Cambota in the 32nd minute of the second half. For a store named Garrincha Shirts, finding a jersey from the club that hosted Mané himself on the field is one of those rare encounters between name and history.
🏆
The Golden Decade · Five Alagoas Titles Between 2000 and 2009
This jersey belongs to the most successful period in ASA's recent history: the club was state champion of Alagoas in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, and 2009 — a hegemony that earned it the affectionate nickname "champion of the decade." The peak came in 2009, when ASA achieved promotion to the Brasileiro Série B in the historic "Battle of Acre," against Rio Branco, and became national Série C runner-up. Founded in 1952 and renamed Agremiação Sportiva Arapiraquense in 1977, ASA also carries the nickname "Ghost of Alagoas," inherited from the victorious tours it made across the Northeast in the 60s and 80s.
🃏
"JOKER" #10 · Fan Customization
The piece features the "JOKER" customization with the number 10 on the back — a fan or amateur player's nickname, in vibrant red, alongside the Marques Sports logo and Catol sponsorship. This type of homemade customization is part of the charm of Brazilian regional jerseys: each piece carries a small personal story beyond the club's history.
"Oh Aces of Sportiva, Make ASA Giant"

Black and White Vertical Stripes · Black and White Identity
The black and white vertical stripes, with golden trim, form ASA's classic visual identity — the "black and white" that gives the club its affectionate name since its founding in 1952.

Circular Crest · Five Stars · "My Heart ASA" on Shoulders
The club's round crest, with the initials "ASA" and "AGREMIAÇÃO SPORTIVA ARAPIRAQUENSE" on the band, embroidered on the right chest, with five stars above representing the state titles won to date. On the shoulders, the "Meu Coração ASA" fan campaign on both sides.

Unimed Arapiraca on Chest · Marques Sports and Cajá on Sleeves
Unimed Arapiraca, a regional medical cooperative, printed in green on the center of the chest — the main sponsor of the era. On the sleeves, the logos of Marques Sports (supplier) and Cajá Home Center complete the regional sponsorships.

#10 on Back · Catol and Arapiraca City Hall
Number 10 in a circle on the back. Above, the Arapiraca City Hall crest ("Every time stronger"); below, the Catol sponsorship completes the set.
