Garrincha Shirts offers a free first exchange for purchases made in Brazil, in the following cases:

Size exchange — the product didn't fit, and you want a different size

Regret — you changed your mind about the purchase within the legal period of 7 calendar days after receipt
Mandatory conditions
- ✅ Product with original tags intact — no tag, no exchange
- ✅ Product without signs of use, unwashed, and odorless
- ✅ Request made within 7 calendar days after receipt
- ✅ Original packaging or equivalent for return shipping

Contact us via WhatsApp or email before sending the product. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.

Processing time
After we receive the product and confirm the conditions, the exchange or refund is processed within 5 business days.
⚠️ Attention: Products without the original tag, with signs of use, or beyond the 7-day period are not eligible for exchange or return.

For purchases made outside Brazil, the return and exchange policy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis — each situation is unique, and we work to find the best solution for the customer.
